Negative: Uncomfortable couch and not big enough for a family of 4. Also, 1 set of keys and fob made it very difficult for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to go to and from work and get to and from the pool at separate times.
Summary: We managed to make it work but if there is only one set on keys and fob to get in and out for a family of 4 we wouldn’t

Positive: The property suited our needs perfectly! Access to the pool ,sauna etc was very much appreciated and having the train station so close was perfect too!
Negative: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like except maybe the over sensitive smoke alarm!!!!
Summary: We were mainly visiting family who live in Caulfiled so thei apartment was ideal for us.

Negative: It needed a good deep clean - walls. , doors, carpet, sofa were grubby It’s not brand new Instructions to find the lift were hopeless- there is no lift number 8 - and no number to call when we needed help with this
